Valeeur Loyalty Membership offers exclusive access to a range of member benefits. With a monthly subscription, members gain entry to the Valeeur Members Portal, where they can enjoy savings from our official business partners. As a member you also earn accumulating entries each month, and automatically take part in any ongoing Valeeur promotions, including one-day specials. Starting at just AED 47 per month, the membership is flexible, and you can cancel anytime.

Your Valeeur membership unlocks exclusive deals from our network of trusted partners, and automatically enters you into our giveaways every single month. After purchasing a Membership package, you’ll be added to our mailing list and you’ll have access to Valeeur Members Portal. This portal allows you to access exclusive discounts from our official partners, update your account details as needed, and stay up to date with any upcoming special offers and promotions from just AED 19. 

Absolutely. If you upgrade, your new plan will kick in during your next billing cycle — or immediately if you switch to an annual plan. Your giveaway entries will adjust to reflect your most recent membership tier. Downgrades also begin from your next billing cycle.

What does “entries accumulate and never expire” mean?
At Valeeur, your loyalty pays off. Every month you’re a member, you stack up more entries for every promotion — and they never expire! For example, if you’re on the Premium plan for four months, you’ll have 16 entries. Downgrade or upgrade later? Your entry total evolves with you.

  • On the App: Tap Menu → Membership → Card Icon → View Payment Info

  • On the Website: Log in → Profile → Membership → Billing Details

If your payment info is missing, your account might be inactive — reach out to our support team for help.

  • Mobile App: Menu → Membership → Card Icon → Update Card

  • Website: Go to Membership → Billing → Add New Payment Method
    Make sure to set your new card or account as the default!

Entries grow with time and your membership tier. For example:

  • Basic Member: 1st month = 1 entry, 2nd month = 2 entries, and so on.

  • Elite Member: After 6 months, you’ll have 60 entries!
    It’s our way of rewarding consistent members with better odds.

You’ll receive a welcome email with your login details and entry tracker. You can also log into your portal or app anytime to view your current entries. Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.

Winners are contacted via the phone number you registered with — usually within 24 to 48 hours of the draw. Major winners are often called live during our giveaway stream! Stay sharp and beware of fake messages or scam accounts pretending to be us.

If it didn’t come from our official channels, it’s not us. We’ll never ask you to click dodgy links or DM you out of the blue. We only contact winners using the details you provided when you signed up. Block and report suspicious accounts.

Yes — you must be 18 years or older to participate in any giveaways or prize draws. Discounts and partner benefits, however, are available to all ages.

Of course! Every six months as a loyal member, you’ll be eligible to claim 10 bonus entries into one of our big promotions — just our way of saying thanks for sticking with us.
